I was able to stand here on stage and be weary, and watch the sky and you, and I understand this thing: how good it is, that the Lord is over us. How scary it is, when on the earth we have more devils than in the hell. But I relied on your faces and realized that here on this square is the main capital of Ukraine. Not our wealth, not the political structure of the country, not the state institutions, but namely you and me, dear citizens, we are the main capital of Ukraine. Our souls, our hearts, our ideas, our symbols and beliefs, and even not so our knowledge, but our worldview is the main capital of this land. Then this land will be in absolute harmony with heaven and with us.

This is my own unique, incomparable, unique Lviv, which I hope, finally and forever breaks with the liberal ideology and shows only national-centered and nationalist ideas.
Longin Tsegelsky - Doctor of Law, here at the square declared the Act of Unification. It was Longin Tsegelsky, the doctor of Law, Oleg Tyahnybok's great-grandfather, who read the Act of Unification. It is this Doctor of Law, who in my unique Lviv in 1890 published a major work that had made a revolution in the consciousness of Ukrainians, the work which was called "Independent Ukraine" written by Nikolay Mihnovskiy. There were two main commandments of Ukrainian nationalism, it was this work in which the main thesis was written that brings us together and will unite all of us. This thesis is very simple like night and day – Ukraine is for Ukrainians, not for people. And this does not mean that if on our land ethnic minority is living, Ukrainian will not take care of them in his home. But the minority must know our language, our culture, our spirituality and the laws of our country. Because, they do not come to a strange house with their own regulations. Here it is - the unity of east and west, the unity of the Oleg Tyahnybok's great-grandfather, Longin Tsegelsky and the great lawyer Mykola Mihnovsoho.
